Tip for Sunburns
Now that summer is in full swing no doubt you might get a bit sunburned during your time outdoors. Here is a tip you can use.
Sunburn relief - one-quart jar with equal parts milk and ice and two tablespoons of salt. Soak a washcloth in this mix and then place on any sunburned body parts. Leave it on for at least twenty minutes and then reapply as needed.
I like to have on hand Aloe Vera for cooling sunburns as well.
