Facebook Tip For Fans of Pages
Facebook has decided not to show all posts to fans unless fanpages pay for each post to be seen. That means spending lots of $$$ - for small business that is very hard to do.
To ensure you see ALL my posts (and not just what FB decides you can see), here is a clever work-around that leverages the "Interests" and "lists" feature to ensure news stream visibility. Please take one minute to do this:
Go to the 'Page' that you want to see all their posts
Click the wheel/arrow button next to 'Message' on the right hand side of the page
Click 'Add to Interest Lists'
Create 'New List'
Name it and add 'Page'
Hover over the 'Like' button of fanpage until a drop down menu appears and make sure it is ticked 'Show in News Feed'.
Also start an 'Interest Lists".
Click on 'New List' and add the 'Page' to your 'New List'.
This will ensure you see all the posts from that page. You can add as many pages to your list. Then whenever you want to see what the 'Page' has posted all you need to do is go to your 'Home Page' and under the heading on the left side where it says 'Friends' the name of your new interest list you created should be there.
I know it seems like a lot of work but it's the only way to get to see posts that YOU WANT to see!
