What Vamp means:

Alluring, Beautiful, Seductive, Dark

When I was thinking of a name for my jewelry boutique, my vision was of something that is mysterious, beautiful, alluring and dark. 
With the romance of the Gothic and Victorian era, and a witchy vampire feel. A mixture of dark and romantic. 

I want my jewelry to reflect that intriguing aspect, with unique, limited edition dark jewelry. 

My nickname is Vampy so I thought, why not just call my jewelry, Vamps Jewelry.

It would reflect that dark nature of a Vamp.

The term 'vamp' is said to describe a hypnotically alluring woman.

A woman who uses her charm and beauty to seduce and exploit; a femme fatale. 

A woman who is confident, flirty, dominant and gets what she desires. 

The word came into use in the early 1900's, from vampire.
